Applications:
Set of engine timing locking tools for use on Volkswagen 2.4D with engine codes AAB, AJA(02/95-03) VW GROUP 2.5TDi common rail diesel engines (Belt) in Volkswagen LT Crafter BJJ, BJK, BJL and BJM engines.
The correct alignment is achieved by placing equal thickness of shims between both ends of the bracket and the cylinder head.
Camshaft Setting Strap is used to set the correct timing position of the camshaft.
The center part of the bracket fits into the slotted end of the camshaft and the ends of the bracket locate on the cylinder head.
Injection Pump Pulley Setting Spigot is 15.4mm in diameter and is used on engines with a one piece
Injection Pump Sprocket.
The crankshaft damper holding tool (A) prevents the damper from rotating whilst unfastening and refastening the center bolt.
This tool should be used with 3/4"D power bar.
